What is Hypnosis Like?
This guided meditation, a form of hypnosis, is a relaxation of the nervous system. It is like a nap and a hug rolled into one.
Most people associate it with meditation like the guru's do.
It is NOT clucking like a chicken or doing silly things up on stage.
Conscious work are activities like saying mantras, writing exercises, anything that uses the analytical mind.
Subconscious work is when you work with the ancient mind. It is the historian of all of your experiences, feelings, and emotions that you have attached to your traumas.
When you work on both the conscious and subconscious mind together, the healing is quicker, more responsive, and longer lasting.

Step 2: Strategy Call
If you decide to go to the next step, the strategy call is scheduled. This call takes 45-60 minutes.
It is a more in-depth Zoom call (without the camera) that delves into details from you about your emotional pain
and reviews every detail about the program that will free you from your pain.
