What Is It Like To Have A Personalized Transformational Session?
As a client you bring your unique experience and perspective to the session. Each session is tailored to exactly what you talk about needing and wanting. There is an approach and structure that ensures all angles and perspectives are covered in order to address even the most difficult issues.
A Possibility Call

Before the Session
On an intake form you will be able to write out your thoughts regarding the area(s) you want to address during the session.
The information on this form will allow me to prepare the session specifically to meet your needs and will allow
you the opportunity to focus on the most important issue affecting your life.
You Are The One In Charge
My job is to take you where you want to go, but you are the one who decides where that is. You have a brilliant mind that will
provide answers you have been seeking for a long time. My role is to navigate you towards those answers
by asking the right questions and helping you make connections.
The induction is when you move into a very relaxed state. This is the path to the place where thoughts and memories
from the subconscious are available. Once you are in a state of hypnosis, you are comfortable and absolutely aware of
everything around you. People generally enjoy being in a light trance and feel calm, peaceful and safe.
During the therapy portion of the session, the client will address vital scenes and memories, issues or concerns, habits and
desires that are the reason(s) for the session. RTT utilizes a variety of strategies and tools to work through components of
old beliefs that no longer serve you and to replace these with healthier, more productive, and helpful beliefs. Your specific
issues and concerns will determine the strategies and tools to be used. Remember YOU are in charge.
Transition to Wakeful Awareness
The final portion of the session is to simply bring you out of your hypnosis. You will easily come back to full awareness
and will feel relaxed and refreshed. One of the most exciting and beautiful aspects of transformational therapy is just how
quickly positive change can manifest in people's lives. In most case, one to three sessions will create permanent change.
Rarely does a client need more than four sessions unless it is abuse, anorexia, or bulimia.
After the Session
If possible, take the next few hours to relax and reflect. Give yourself some time to process everything. You will be provided
with an audio recording that you will be directed to listen to for a minimum of 21 days. The brain develops new neural
pathways through repetition. In order to ensure lasting change, it is imperative that you faithfully listen to the recording.
You will receive a follow-up call the next day to touch base and again after one week.
